I love the house that I’ve rented from them. But the office staff is Never Helpful with anything that you call about! I moved in 2022 and complained about the stove to them. I didn’t receive a new stove until the Fall of 2023. I don’t understand what’s so hard about following through on a tenants complaint! Whenever you call the desk help, it’s either I don’t know, or We don’t do that!!
This is a great company for your home purchases or rental properties! They have provided excellent service for years.
