Great experience! I would definitely recommend Chuck. He was very nice and up front about everything.
Worst experience I have ever had at a car lot. They completely ignored my boyfriend (who was the one there to purchase a vehicle) because I asked the price of a car on the lot and had good credit. They treated him like he didn't matter and I would never give my business to anyone who treats people like numbers. I will never refer anyone there and will never be back.
We currently have a truck financed through Rod Hatfield and are in the market to upgrade this 2 door to a 4 door. We got there at 5:30 (I know close to closing but this is the only time our schedule allows) and nobody came out to help us at all. We had to go find sombody. After we finally got someone to help us, he said to come inside so we could check credit and trade in prices but then walked straight back outside to tell us that the guy who had to do all that wouldn't stay so we would have to do it on Monday.
