RecommendedI do recommend Rod Hatfield. I came in to look for a vehicle and I talked to Salvador Thompson. Eventhough I was unable to purchase a car at that time he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. If you want good customer service, Go see the good people at Rod Hatfield!!
I did not end up purchasing an automobile from this lot but I had a very positive experience in dealing with Salvador Thompson. As someone who was in the market for a newer automobile for the first time, his knowledge with regard to the car buying process and was helpful to me gaining a better understanding of how it all worked

They sold me a car with a rebuilt title and didn’t disclose it. They acted like it was an accident but when I saw that my car’s original listing was back up on their website and they still haven’t disclosed that info, it clearly wasn’t an accident. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ask for a Carfax! I’ll never buy a car here or send anyone I know here.
We purchased a beautiful truck today, thanks to our awesome salesman Salvador Thompson. He listened, was informative and was not pushy!! We would highly recommend him and would definitely go back back to Rod Hatfield Chevrolet to purchase another vehicle! Thank you again Salvador. Had the easiest fastest vehicle purchase of my life here and will definitely be back for our next one . Denver was super friendly and helpful in working with me on getting the deal I wanted on the right truck for me . Thanks to the whole staff for all their help .
Piss poor business man that will cuss you and tell you to get off his property! Can not be trusted especially after a hour drive to look at a “like new condition” truck. I understand used isn’t new but when you tell someone that the truck is perfect with no scratches and when we get there it was beat up on every corner! Had about a gallon of touch up paint on it. Called trying to purchase a car was quoted a price one day then the very next day was quoted $ 500 more for the same car. Was told that they couldn't deal with me over the phone that I would have to come in before they would even discuss the car with me. Bought the same car today from Brothers Auto Sales, one year newer, 5,000 less miles, and a lower price.
