Extremely shitty service bought a 2016 manual scat pack within 4 hours of owning the driveshaft carrier bearing went out as per usual rod hatfield was no help at all then 2 weeks later the motor blew due to pre existing failures that rod hatfield should have known about if they performed a used car inspection which they didn’t other wise we would have gotten a uci. failure to do anything about the car at all so we will be taking action against thing place the more I read the worse the reviews are this has gone on for far to ... read more
The phrase on the billboard at the car lot in Nicholasville says, “Buy with Confidence”. YOU CANNOT BUY WITH CONFIDENCE FROM ANY ROD HATFIELD DEALERSHIP. We have had several issues with the car we bought from them less than a year ago and the customer service for both the sales and service sides is nonexistent. Terrible place to buy a car. Bought a used 2015 Chevy Impala. It wasn’t detailed, I also believe it wasn’t gone through mechanically. Told me they would detail it whenever I need to. Called 4 times to try to get it detailed told me they would call back, never did. Took it to get the collision sensor turned off, and oil changed. Charged me 250 dollars to run a diagnostic, even though they told me they wouldn’t charge. Just to tell me there was nothing the could do. Would not recommend, and I will never buy another car there.
My mom and dad got a truck from this place .. they are the most amazing people so nice and they answered every question and they are very friendly and they showed great customer service they kept us updated on the process and they did a WONDERFUL AMAZING FANTASTIC job !!!!!!!!! Beware! My experience is this is a very, very shady operation. Not only will they lie to you about everything but the vehicles are not worth buying. You've been warned! Stay away, these guys give lawyers and your ex a good name!
