The phrase on the billboard at the car lot in Nicholasville says, “Buy with Confidence”. YOU CANNOT BUY WITH CONFIDENCE FROM ANY ROD HATFIELD DEALERSHIP. We have had several issues with the car we bought from them less than a year ago and the customer service for both the sales and service sides is nonexistent. Terrible place to buy a car. Bought a used 2015 Chevy Impala. It wasn’t detailed, I also believe it wasn’t gone through mechanically. Told me they would detail it whenever I need to. Called 4 times to try to get it detailed told me they would call back, never did. Took it to get the collision sensor turned off, and oil changed. Charged me 250 dollars to run a diagnostic, even though they told me they wouldn’t charge. Just to tell me there was nothing the could do. Would not recommend, and I will never buy another car there.
