After having used Rod Bowen Prestige Smash repairs prior, I was not hesitant to use them again. However, when I went to pick up my car, there were light scratch marks on both sides of the car on the panels that were replaced and painted. When I took it back, at first they tried to blame me but, when I pointed out that the Tail-gate also did not line up, they looked at the worksheet and said to bring it back.
