We had financing and were driving to get the car but they sold it out from under us. Very disappointed
This was a very pleasant dealership experience. The staff is very professional and courteous. No high pressure tactics, just great service.
The dealer contacted me and we traded texts. As I could not make the first appointment I promptly notified and rescheduled. We set another appointment and had our last text about 45 minutes (driving time) before I arrived. Upon arrival, I was informed that the car was sold. We did a 5 minute scan and there were no other cars to look at in the price range. They did not sell the car in the 45 minute drive so it is eminently dishonest to not inform me that the car is sold just to get me into the dealership. Not Impressed with t... read more
