Had a great time with my group of friends. Sound system could have been better so we could hear the comedy show from the loge bar.
The sound in the balcony is terrible. Wasn't able to understand most of the show.
I went online this morning to purchase 5 tickets for IMomSoHard on October 1; three of my other gal pals were also online waiting to purchase tickets at 10am. When 10am rolled around, there was the message "Not On Sale". I tried to call and kept getting a recording, as we were refreshing our devices. Once we finally got in, clicking around on a seating chart (who does a seating chart these days for a concert?) for available, then going in to find the seats were always unavailable. I wasn't going to rate based on this but you deleted the over 60+ complaints on the event post for the selling of the imomsohard October 1st show. I got online mobile and home computer; my friend was also doing the same thing. When the "sale" went live it said "tickets no available" refreshed and got in attempted to buy two tickets and it said it was processing and then it crashed. Do you ever answer your phone or check your messages? I left one onMonday and never got a return call. Also, maybe you should update your answering machine...it hasn't been changed since April.
Go online just before 10am to purchase tickets for IMomSoHard on October 2nd, only to find out they are all sold out! Go to Rococo's facebook page and see they've been sold out since Friday due to a pre-sale. A little newsflash to Rococo, when concerts or any event has a pre-sale, it's only for a designated amount of tickets. So when the time comes for tickets to go on sale like you advertised there are still some left over for the general population. A friend of mine tried to purchase 9 tickets to the Imomsohard show. She called at 10 when they were to go on sale. Turns out they were all sold during a pre sale she didn't even know about,nor did the 8 other people hoping to attend with her. She asked if there were any seat set aside for individuals with disabilities. She was told no, but she could purchase a table for $500. Bad move Rococo. You just told a disabled American Vet that you couldn't provide her a seat, but we're happy to charge her $500 bucks. I will be makin... read more
