Poor timing - doors opened 15 minutes late and show started 20 mins late. (didn't give enough time between early and late show for comedy show). Very uncomfortable seats in the balcony. I'm a skinny person and the bench was not wide enough to fit me comfortably. Seemed like lax security as bags were not checked prior to being let in.
A great pleasant attitude about the place great seating wherever you sit friendly and pleasant staff
Our wedding day was beautiful thanks to the Rococo! Ashlie was wonderful to work with.

Great location, atmosphere, size. It was clean, staff were helpful. Security was on site. Our first time experience was good. I would suggest adding an explanation on your website, booking site, of what "Dance Floor" seating is. It isn't seats. It standing. This way people dress accordingly. Thank you for hosting Josh and his band!!
