Worst customer service ever. Don't even think about trying to get any Craftsman tools warranted here. Call the direct line for Craftsman tools instead. This is the second time I had issues with warranty tools from this place.
RecommendedYour roving customer service agent came to me and asked if I needed help finding something. I brought a printout of the item I was looking for, presented it to your customer service agent, and he walked me to the aisle it was going to be found in and indicated where in that aisle I would find the item. :)

Like new We have rented "The Rug Doctor" on several ocassions over the past few years and have been very satisfied with the outcome. A one day rental is more than enough time to clean 2 to 3 rooms
carries almost all that you need When you don't feel like driving all the way to the Nat'l chain, stop by Rocky's for your weekend project needs. I've picked up last minute plumbing supplies, and run in quickly for salt right before a big snow storm. I also like their plant selection in the Springtime. Easy in, easy out.
Great store to go and pick up things you are working on. They have great selection of plants and trees. The hardware section for nails, lights, cleaning supplies, paint is great. I go here all the time.
