Rocky came once and worked on my a/c, no complaints. The second time he sent a tech to my house. This tech thought it would be a good idea to vigorously scrub my evaporator coils with a stainless steel barbecue grill brush even after I told him not to. He scrubbed off or severely damaged most of the cooling fins that were left on my unit, and then told me it was gonna cost me 2800 dollars to replace it.
