I had a wonderful experience renting my new home in Knoxville. Jaime was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—honest, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. He answered all my questions clearly and made everything smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. The home is great, the company has been excellent to work with, and Jaime truly went above and beyond. Mold, cockroaches, high electrical bill due to bad insulation, leaking windows, and horrible trim work. My kids have been sick off an on for months, I had complained time and time again about the black mold as we were having a baby and I wanted it addressed. They didn’t do anything about it other than clean it off the windows and paint over it. Within two weeks it’s all over again. Their excuse was “the trees cause the mold”…. Office staff and maintenance are seriously on it - I’m convinced they respond faster than my group chat. Every time I’ve needed something, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. The apartments are exactly what I need: comfortable, practical, and feel like home the second I walk in the door. Safe to say, I wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home!
I’ve lived at this community for 10 years and have experienced both the older apartments and the newly renovated units. I can honestly say I’ve had a very pleasant experience throughout my time here. My current renovated apartment is beautiful and well updated, and I’ve been really happy with the improvements.
