I had my first and certainly not my last class here and was blown away at the size of the box, the hospitality of the staff and its members. Thank you for making this Floridian feel welcome in her new home in Tennessee! Deb is an amazing human and helped me feel right at home. She gave me a tour of the box and made sure I felt right at home. We need more of her in this world! Rocky Top CrossFit was an awesome gym to drop into while in Knoxville! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating while being in town for a weekend-long competition. Facility is phenomenal with plenty of space and all the equipment you can imagine. Absolutely recommend if you are in Knoxville and looking for a gym to get a workout in!

Dropped in for a Saturday WOD with an excellent bunch of people! I've dropped in to several CrossFit gyms across several states and this was one of the best experiences! Awesome CrossFit family and coaches! Thanks for letting me join the fun! I'll definitely be back when I'm in town!
