Great drop in! We were here for syndicate with a large group. People were able to do class, also able to do open gym. Tons of equipment and space. Lots of open gym hours and options.

1000% will challenge you. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm 55yo my grandson is 13yo, they have tailored workouts to help until we get the hang of crossfit. We have been to 2 workouts so far and this is a first, (I'm a weightlifter grandson is a baseball player), so customizing our needs is paramount to success. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their fitness and knowledge of health.

Haben als Drop in während unseres Urlaubs in Knoxville vorbei geschaut. Das WOD war gut und hat Spaß gemacht. Die Box ist echt gut ausgestattet und riesig groß. Das beste war aber die Trainerin (Maggie?) Sie hat mir innerhalb kürzester Zeit mindestens 2 Fehler ausgetrieben. Totaler Erfolg für mich. Ihre Tipps waren Gold wert.

I had my first and certainly not my last class here and was blown away at the size of the box, the hospitality of the staff and its members. Thank you for making this Floridian feel welcome in her new home in Tennessee! Deb is an amazing human and helped me feel right at home. Rocky Top CrossFit was an awesome gym to drop into while in Knoxville! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating while being in town for a weekend-long competition. Facility is phenomenal with plenty of space and all the equipment you can imagine. Absolutely recommend if you are in Knoxville and looking for a gym to get a workout in!
