Drove 45 minutes one way just for burnt ends and never received ANY food. Two weeks ago on a Tuesday night we where promptly seated and received our drinks. We sat and talked for about 20 minutes before our waitress came back to the table. We watched her get our orders and wait on other customers. The best BBQ EVER!! I'm never disappointed when we come here!
Placed an order over the phone at 7pm, was told to pick up at 8:15pm. Arrived at 8:10, called in and was told that it possibly could be another 30 minutes as they had 40 take out orders. I asked the lady if she could check to see if my order had been started and she said sure, came back on the phone to let me know that no my order wasn't started and it could be another 45 minutes before cooking and she wasn't sure when I could come back.
