We’ve been waiting in the car for over 30 minutes for our pick up that was ordered 2 hours ago. And now nobody is answering the phones. This has legit happened every time we have ordered over the past two months. I understand things get hectic, but letting people wait for 30+ minutes past pick up time with no response is kind of ridiculous.
Ordered a to go order 15 minutes and then it took almost 40 minutes before I received my wings. Then another 10 minutes to bring me my change. Service could be more prompt and timely.
Samantha was great! Great customer service! Great food! The BBQ Nachos were awesome!!!!!!

Had never been to Rocky Top before and went alone! Bartender Jordyn was amazing! Made me feel right at home. Also a member of the waitstaff, wish I would have gotten her name... (she’s pregnant 😉) they were both so wonderful, and made it the best experience. I will most definitely be back. Thank you ladies!!
Food was good, but we were not impressed by the 1hr an 45 minute wait for the food to come, the last 3 times it’s taken a while but last night was ridiculous, a lot of other people must not have had as much patience as we did because tons of people were walking out.(not the waitress fault) of course.
