I used to love this place and went here often. The phone service is horrible now. Tonight October 3rd when I called I was put on hold Multiple times and then sent to a full message box and hung up on. The female staff member answering the phone informed me the wait for takeout was over and hour and a half....... After I waited on hold three times for a total of 30 mins just to be hung up on. Amazing food, rocky top is the top of the list type restaurant for us. Whenever we go there it’s like Christmas to us. The best bbq food I’ve ever had hands down.
We heard such good things about this place, so we decided to try it for the first time a couple months ago. There was a 30 minute delay in our food (curbside pickup), but we truly had no problem hanging out and waiting. The food ended up only being ok. I got one of the hottest sauces on their wings, and it genuinely wasn't any hotter than the medium sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings. omg the food is top notch!! i loved it!! my husband used to make deliveries out here and since we were on our way back from the Binder Zoo. he says, i'm gonna take you to a bbq place, that i heard was good!! He wasn't kidding!! i had the 1/2 bbq chicken with baked beans/redskin potatoes.. omg!! soo good!! i couldn't finish it so i took it home!!
