Rocky Ridge is a great place. The people there were really friendly and helpful. They're really easy to get along with and talk too. They were really knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had. Our sales agent was great. He didn't do the normal dealer b.s. by making some fake sales pitch to reel you in. He was up front and honest. I would definitely buy another car from them. I wouldn't want to take my business anywhere else.
I have bought two cars so far from Rocky Ridge and I have to say it is such a pleasant, painless process! I have had issues with car dealers in the past trying to take advantage of me and dicker on the price but with Rocky Ridge you know you're getting a good deal and the sales people aren't pushy or condescending. The drive to Ephrata is over 30 minutes from our house but I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else! Highly recommend them if you are looking for a used vehicle.
