Bordering malpractice. Had urethroplasty surgery on Dec 20. On January 19 went to this clinic with apparent UTI. A UA was run, and a culture was completed testing positive for a Klebsiella Pneumonia infection. Based upon the culture results, my Urologist decided to run my antibiotics for 7-days. Approximately 3-weeks later, I was back in this clinic on Feb 17th with an apparent relapse of the same infection. I checked in at 2:59pm. I'm still waiting to see a doctor at 5:27pm. There is nothing urgent about the care here. Last time I was here, I waited a total of 3 hours and 35 minutes. I assumed this was a fluke but apparently it's just how they do things at this office.
Kind hearted folks that are there for you when you need and outside of "normal" office hours.
Very slow. Girl at front desk totally ignored me. Poor service, not acceptable!
