There's not enough words to describe how bad it is: ugly custmer service, no calls can go thru or be returned. Avoid at all cost.

Upon filling out the paperwork I was asked to attest to having been provided with and having read the "Financial Agreement'. However, I was not provided with a document labeled Financial Agreement. I was also asked to agree not to discuss certain things with certain people, known as a confidentiality agreement. They don't want you discussing the cost of their procedures with their care providers. I crossed off that line and wrote in that I would not enter into a confidentiality agreement. Very disappointed. The doctor (PA) came in to the room and spent 5 minutes with no eye-contact and poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Update 12/23/17: Still waiting for the refund of my co-payment, which was promised on 12/04/17. Left message for Rebecca on 12/21, no reply yet. Original: Rocky Mountain Urgent Care Complaint Dec 1 2017 Another medical practice gave me the phone number of your Lakewood office and the name, "Zackery Bjore." I called on November 29 and was given an appointment for 10:00 a.m., December 1. I immediately put the appointment in my calendar with Mr. Bjore's name. I would put 5 for professionalism but poor customer service Johanna ( front desk) took the 1 off from 5, the rest of staff were excellent ( I am not sure why she is still there unless she is related to someone high up) because if I am poor in customer service I will be gone long time ago!

I saw doctor Kim for a check up, and she was so kind and patient, and was really good about asking questions about my health! The staff was very kind and easy to talk to, such a great experience.

Short wait, professional and friendly staff, x-ray machine and tech on site. My 11 year old daughter left diagnosed with a broken foot but pleased with her experience at this clinic.
