There's not enough words to describe how bad it is: ugly custmer service, no calls can go thru or be returned. Avoid at all cost.
Upon filling out the paperwork I was asked to attest to having been provided with and having read the "Financial Agreement'. However, I was not provided with a document labeled Financial Agreement. I was also asked to agree not to discuss certain things with certain people, known as a confidentiality agreement. They don't want you discussing the cost of their procedures with their care providers. I crossed off that line and wrote in that I would not enter into a confidentiality agreement.
