I waited on hold for almost 45 minutes. I understand when businesses are short staffed- but what my big problem is is that I ended up walking into the office just after hanging up- and the two ladies sitting at the front desks were not answering phones. Use to be open Saturday years before covid, and now that I have M.S. and is progressively becoming PPMS. No doctor is willing to accommodate my illness and transportation needs or my checkups with the Neuroscience team from aurora or my mri scans or readings. Help... HELP... help Need online tellihealth visits due to covid
Rude front desk, they charge you for a mask, they never said over the phone they don't have adequate staff on Thursdays or Fridays, and they also don't tell you that you need a mask to enter. This place is bottom tier.
It is impossible to speak with a staff member at this medical office, I have placed several calls for access to my records and cannot get a person on the phone also, my PCP just up left with no notice from this office, very poor service.
