It just so happens I came across this wonderful establishment when my Mom was rear ended in her van and the back bumper needed to be replaced! Me and my fiance were rear ended and were recommended by the insurance company to take care our car here for repairs they were pretty helpful at first and communicated well but upon picking up our car we noticed 2 dents above the back bumper nowhere near the place they were supposed to be fixing I pointed it out to Matt and he just seemed confused and had no answer.
