I will no longer visit this location. I understand the mask policy but when someone is unable to wear a mask (medically) it is unnecessary to repeatedly tell someone they have to cover their nose (mouth was covered). the employee was very rude.

Lady was super rude we had everything picked out what we wanted and then decided they didn’t deserve our money and we walked out. Went to another shop down the street and they overheard us talking about our bad experience and he also said she was rude and he ended up walking out as well.
Extremely rude staff. Would not return. Would like to have a manager give me a call or message if they receive this note.
We went in this evening and between the two young men working one sat with his back to us and refused to serve us and the one that did serve us slammed things the entire time. We asked if there was a problem and he said no but continued to slam things, we almost walked out but our kids had looked forward to going in all day. Awful customer service!! Apparently when they say they close at 9pm they really mean 8:30 unless you want a lot of attitude with your ice cream and apples!!!
