So sad that I have been waiting two weeks for a simple call back to make an appointment with a genetic counselor. A test needs to be done, I have the name of the test, the gene mutation to check on, and the code for the Mayo Clinic. What could be simpler? After working with cancer patients for over 15 years and seeing how important follow up and actual caring are, I would not recommend this "service" to anyone who needed supportive counseling, diagnostics and follow-up.

We love RMCC! From the front to back everyone has been amazing, Especially Dr. Bupathi. He has gone above and beyond for my mom!! She is blessed to have such a good caring doctor!

Staff and care has been excellent since I’ve been going there.(2013) Quick response to phone calls, little to no waiting, smooth transitions with scans, labs. Scheduling on top of follow up appointments and billing department patient and kind. Grateful for Dr. Cohn and Dr. Liu.

I've left 2 messages with the appointment scheduler since Thursday 4/6/17 and one request online. No one has returned my calls or request. So far, I'm not impressed with rocky Mountain cancer center. I certainly hope someone calls soon so I can schedule radiation treatments for my tumor.
