Poor customer care. Lack of empathy for patients who are fighting a battle that’s terrifying. They seem to have forgotten the importance of patient care and replaced it with “how will you be paying for this?!” Read reviews before choosing this place. We are Thankful there are other options out there and people who chose this profession for the right reasons. Because Rocky Mountain Cancer is clearly in this business for the wrong reason. Rocky Mountain cancer center is a profit monger system. My step dad had an appointment and they cancelled his treatment because he was a cash patient and does not have insurance. He has a way to pay cash and they won’t listen. So apparently if you are not fortunate enough to have insurance they just expect you to die. Piece of s*** company with no morals.

RecommendedI so appreciate the care and concern for ME! My contact with RCC has been over 5 years. I am greeted by name when I walk through the door and treated with respect and compassion. I have a close relationship with, Dr. Pacheco, who treats me as part of the Team concerned about not only treating my cancer, but how I am physically and emotionally dealing. I KNOW that every single person I have contact with at RMCC/Pueblo cares about and is invested in ME. That's IMPORTANT!!!
