RMCC Lone Tree- has shown no compassion or concern for my sick husband. We have to wait 6 weeks to see a dr to tell us we need tests, 2-4 weeks to get a test, 2-4 weeks to see dr again to tell us we need more tests & on & on & on. Zero concern for the amount of time or pain spent. They do not authorize with insurance until day of appointment (?) , causing delays & cancellations. They could care less. My husband was a patient with Dr. Matai, during his last days in the hospital right across the parking lot not once did she go over to see him, had another Dr. take care of him. Upon his death NOT one word of condolences from her or the facility & NOW I get a notice to upgrade his care through a new portal, REALLY !!!!!

I've been going to RMCC Midtown since Nov 2017. I have had the best care possible. Friendly and very helpful. Dr. Robert Rifkin is amazing and so are the staff. I did 6 months of chemo. The nurses are all amazing. Thank you for care which is still happening. You all have a special place in my heart! Keep up the good work.

I had an appointment with Dr. Donato this morning. He was very aggressive and quite rude.. not at all helpful or supportive nor did he foster an environment that even remotely provided any kind of comfort it was actually quite hostile. He was comfortable with this rudeness even with me having my husband there, I can only imagine his behavior with someone who is alone.

I know thing's are challenging during the covid situation, but....... # 1 to the ones taking temperature at door, if they don't like doing it, get another job. No sense in being rude, very non people oriented. Not kidding you, hand sanitizer on table, I asked may I use some? Girl sitting there tells me with the most gawd awful attitude "THAT'S FOR PATIENT'S". My name is Haydee Candia, I went to see Dr. Krishnan G. They are very unprofessional, they lost my MRI disk that I brought from another state. And Dr. G. lied saying that she gave it back to me when she didn't. I came here new to this area, 25 hrs driving and now I don't have the disk. They lost all my records. They said they were going to look for them and call me the next day, and I'm still waiting for the call. I wont recommend this place to anyone with cancer of any kind.
