I see Dr. Abraham and she is a Doll, always very attentive, cordial and on time which is great. I always make my appts first thing in the morning and so far every time i go ( 3 years with them now) i've had no issues. I've called a few times for next day appts because sickness and they call me right back too book something, pretty efficient. Very happy here.
I arrived at 7:45 for an 8 am appointment. I was asked to reschedule the appointment because my new patient paperwork wasn't completed. I arrived in plenty of the time to complete the paperwork. The front desk person was very passive aggressive. I explained that I arrived early to complete the paperwork.. she stated, "you've been sitting here 3 mins." I said, "I still have 10 mins." I was prescribed Lexapro by Dr. Thurman. I’m currently out of state and my meds ran out. She refuses to refill my prescription without seeing me. I’m currently going through terrible withdrawal and I nearly ended my life yesterday. Do not use this office. They’d rather patients off themselves over refilling a prescription they got them hooked on. Run from this office.
