Not much to tell, this resort just fraudulently took $300 from me today. We called upon arrival about a bed in our room being faulty. 3 men come up and see that the frame is not fully intact. The next thing I know, TODAY after checking out, I am charged $300 for this “bed issue”?? What in God’s good name? This place literally stole 300$ from me and won’t even give me a person that can actually help/discuss this issue. everything is so nice and the lake is gorgeous.
It is a great casino and has alot of games to offer. Great food and the things to see and do outside the casino are great as well. Wish I could get there more then I do.
Loved our weekend at Rocky Gap Casino & Resort. So nice to play slots without being surrounded by smoke!!! Will certainly go there again!
nice that it is non smoking in the casino, but the buffet lacks a lot, and the casino is super hot.
