The employees go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. The resort is located on a beautiful lake with a sandy beach. There is also a golf course and boating activities.
I'm a local and I'm out there a good bit. First of all the location is obviously beautiful, the casino staff are all courteous and friendly, the machines are fun......but the payouts are horrible anymore. Not like it used to be. I heard it got super tight when they sold to a Vegas company. Don't go expecting to win, only take money that you are ok with totally losing. Comparably I went to ocean downs and still rate rocky gap higher.
I went on my birthday and it was my 2nd time there. I love the property and the staff is very friendly. My advice is just NEVER GO TOO EARLY OR TOO LATE. I tried to go get a lobster tail from LB's around 10pm and the kitchen was already closed, despite it being advertised to be open until 11pm. So I figured I would go get one the next day before I left, and the best thing on the menu was a flavorless chicken alfredo. I came to play and there was no chance of winning if you are planning on playing big. This will be a "drive by" casino on my next trip through.
Friendly people,clean rooms,resort ground are beautiful, the view is priceless, very nice clean smokefree casino, very good food at the bar/cafe and a wonderful breakfast buffet.
The staff was super nice and accommodating! Hotel smelled good 😊
Had a great time gambling and the Buffet dinner was delicious, lots of choices and very fresh! Very clean and friendly.
