Had a promo code for a free room. Booked online got my confirmation get here and they tell me it's not working and I only had a 99$ room promotion. Very frustrating since it said free room and my confirmation said $0.00 The workers told me that it happens ALLLLL THE TIME. They said they are trying to figure out why the website does that. If I didn't live 5 hours away I would have drove home. Will not be visiting again

I just came home from Rocky Gap Casino. Don't spend your money here!!!!!! I thought I had won money only to have it taken back over 30 minutes later. I went in and played the machines as you come in the door. I didn't do any thing so I went to play the Brittany Spears game. I play this game every time we go up because I usually do well on it. I enjoy the casino and relaxing amenities this place has to offer. The biggest issue is the food quality and service. Came here and dined at a different restaurant each time. 25 min for drink order to arrive, server didnt arrive until 20 minutes of us sitting down. Food took an additional 45 minutes after drink order and then our server switched out and didnt say anything. Love it. Love the dealers especially Rodney, Adrianne and Leroy. The grounds are beautiful especially in the summer. We went kayaking this year and it was fantastic and also reasonable in price. It's our favourite place to go when we want a little getaway. Heading back again in November. We went last night for my husband's birthday. I do have to say that the meal we had was excellent. No wait, friendly service and delicious food. When we checked in my husband said it was his birthday the next day. They told him to check in at the desk on Friday and they would give him freeplay for his birthday. We were on a pretty tight schedule and had to leave by 8 am. The girl at the desk told him she was not trained or authorized to give him freeplay. We was at Rocky Gap last night and had a great time gambling, won a few games and was very satisfied. But we went to Signatures for a bit to eat and was not happy at all. We waited almost 1 hour for our food. We realized it was a little busy but my god we were not satisfied with the service or the food. ��
