Beautiful setting, a nice lake in amongst the mountains. Casino is small but payouts were good. Didn't try any of the restaurants

I went there with two other friends from Pittsburgh for a one night stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean as well as the rest of the resort. The casino machines were tight and I left a few dollars there, otherwise I had fun. The food at the Buffett was hot and plentiful. The waiter staff was very good. Sherri was excellent. We enjoyed our stay there and will come back soon. We encountered no problems at Rocky Gap Resort and I gave it a 5 star rating.

I really like the place nice breakfast buffet. Very nice view around the lake nice walk. Very nice casino.

Our first time there.Stayed one night .Did not like the 4 o'clock check in time .All service personnel very friendly and enjoyed the Buffet...Breakfast Buffet was the best I've had .Waitress were all great .We are planning another trip in a month for Fall colors.loved the Casino and very friendly staff .It was kept super clean.Also I donated $100.00....Very nice place .

The resort is very clean and well manicured. All of the employees that I've interacted with have been polite and helpful. Sometimes there is a lengthy wait at check in but overall the resort is worth the short trip from Ohio.

Lots of disappointing features of our early August family reunion trip, but the most frustrating came 3 weeks after the trip when my credit card suddenly had a significant charge despite being given a printed receipt showing our balance was $0 when we checked out. When calling to inquire about the charge (had to call several times and wait for several return calls) I was told it was their mistake and the charge should have occured when we checked out.
