This place deserves 0 stars. Had our reservation booked and paid for 2 and a half months in advance even had a day booked at their spa. When we arrive we are told they have no room available. Completely ruined our planned getaway. Their alternative was a sleep in down the road hardly comparable to what is supposed to be a 4 diamond resort. Awful customer service, manager on duty Nathan was extremely rude and manager Wanda failed to return calls. Visited 3-25-18 Very clean place staff are very friendly I do have to say you guys need more people working in the kitchen and at the Grub my husband and I went to get something to eat around 11:30pm the bartender name was Jessica she was by herself getting called ever which direction seemed like she was doing 5 jobs at once she kept apologizing for the wait time as there was only one cook and he had to manage the downstairs and upstairs other than that we had a great time

You get comped free rooms and can never use them due to availability I use to go every weekend quit for a while lose my player card status!!! No complimentary golf pay for your own Boose and play 25$ a hand??? I think I’ll go to Nemacolin due to the service they provide their customers
