I have called back 3 times regarding my visit. NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. Guess I need to switch to Providence
This place is a joke all the way from the call to try and schedule an appointment to actually seeing the doctor. I will be taking my children somewhere else where they get the care they deserve.
Rockwood clinics have customer service comparable to comcast. They are rude and unsympathetic and do not value our time. The service is just as sucky. They prescribe ibuprofen to everyone even if they are allergic to it.
I was just a number ! I feel there policy is what's best for Rockwood... instead of what's best for the patient! Get em in.. Get em out !!!! PROVEDENCE ALL THE WAY !!!! GOOD BYE DR. BETH ORIENSIEN ! ( now I feel better )
