RecommendedI’m a new patient at Rockwood . Haven’t been to a dr in over 20 yrs. Originally called in November and the soonest “new” patient appt was March. They called me twice to reschedule. Had appt today (1/24) and couldn’t be happier with staff and Dr Benjamin Hubbard. They treat all their patients as friends. Extremely efficient. Had 3 appts. In at 9:15 (radiology) dr appt 10:15, lab work done by 1130 instead of talking at you they listen and talk with you .No fancy terminology, no lectures.

Scheduled a new patient appointment over a month ago. When I called to confirm the time of the appointment the very rude receptionist told me the doctor actually can’t see me and they were going to give me a call the day before the appointment to let me know. When I asked about rescheduling the appointment they said it wouldn’t be for another month and a half! Would not recommend going here to anybody doctors should be able to see patients in a timely manner.
I have been trying to get an appt for my mom to see her Dr at Rockwood Valley Clinic. CANNOT EVEN GET TO A HUMAN TO SCHEDULE AN APPT!!!!!!! I have called 7 different time and "all the representitives are busy" How in the hell do you schedule an appt at Rockwood????????
Greedy, inept, and only here to nickle and dime you to death! So far Rockwood Clinic has given me the wrong vaccine, messing up my entire series and compromising my eligibility for and internship. Now, they have the audacity to charge my mother-in-law to get a doctors signature on two papers that she has to submit to her employer for medical leave....isn't that their job, since she's giving them her business?
