David Schwartz did a remarkable job finding real estate listings above those that I had found on my own and arranging to show them to me in a timely fashion. He was prompt to reply to all of my questions. I’ve never bought/ rented a home from them but they have been amazing during this fire. Me and my boyfriend had our new home burnt down two days after moving in and obviously used all our money We saved on down payments, decorations and deposits. They had there number up on the message board on the expo and I texted thinking “why not?” But expecting nothing and at the very most a night...
