I wasn’t even looking to buy a house but saw one that looked like a great deal. I called Jake and we were inside looking at it in less than an hour. He also directed me to a lender who worked hard to get me an initial pre approval. In less than four hours I went from not even looking to ready to make an offer! I decided not to buy that house but will definitely use Jake and the Rockwell Group next time!
I was able to work with Jake helping my out of state friend find a home here. She got a great deal on a nice house with a big yard and everything went quick and smooth. We are buying next year and due to my experience with Jake before, we are definitely having him as our realtor :)
Jake was the best person to help us to sell my cousin's house in Roseburg.
