I am renting one of rockwells units and I have had a pleasant experience the year I've been here! Maintenance is done regularly and lance is very VERY punctual and gets back to asap! Only complaint is the online portal is a little glitchy on my phone so using a laptop is better! Also rent prices are very reasonable!
This review is for the current property that they have listed at 360 East in South Salt Lake and my brief experience with Rockwell Property. Since the day I moved in the rental was a mess. There were consistent plumbing issues that were still occurring when I departed on 6/4/17. Cops were consistently arresting unsavory neighbors at all hours and snow removal of the lot was basically non existent.
