Top Notch !!! I just picked up my Ducati 1100 evo which had its 7500 mile scheduled service was shocked to see all they did !! Changed all fluids including brake fluid and hydraulic clutch couldn't believe it! Cleaned chain and they also did belts and valve adjustments , which was the main part of the service ,when there I ordered extra oil filters to take home and again shocked to see they included crush washers with my extra oil filters without me asking for them !!! What an experience this was! Maybe one of the best so far having to deal with dealerships and service! Phenomenal customer service, beautiful people, smiles everywhere! Flew up from Florida to buy a used Diavel. It was a great choice to choose Rockwell Cycles. Bike came with a fresh service. Everyone in the dealer was great. Took a 60 mile ride up the Hudson River and it was spectacular. 1100 miles home and the Diavel far exceeded expectations. Thanks again and I will be back. P.s. Took a ride out to Bear Mountain. Stopped by and had a Remus exhaust installed plus 9k service. Will did an amazing job bike has never run better. Nicole what can I say.... Very cool chick with her own Monster and on top of her game!
I live in Danbury and there is a another dealer 5 minutes from my house. I choose to drive over and hour to have the guys at Rockwell work on my stuff. Nothing is better then talking to a guy that loves and rides the type of bike you do.
Nick sorted out a tricky carb problem for me years ago and did a great job, stopped in the other day to look at gloves and they are still as helpful as I remember. Great shop with great products.
