RecommendedBought my Ducati Panigale 959 from them a month ago. By far the easiest and most pleasant motorcycle buying experience I’ve had. Buying a bike over the phone from out of state was definitely a new experience, but Mike was amazing and provided unparalleled assistance throughout the entire process. He got the financial paperwork done, helped register the bike in my home state, and even loaded the bike onto the transport trailer. Again, I highly recommend this place!

Nicole is the best service manager I’ve ever encountered ANYWHERE, and Nick is a magician (and a hell of a rider, too). He can diagnose anything, and if it can be fixed, he can fix it. To cite one example, Two years ago I had a pinhole leak in the radiator of my MV Agusta, and instead of charging me $800+ for a new radiator, he fixed it for about $10, and it’s still fine today.
Office replies with one liners in an unconstructive way, although in their automated reply they pride themselves in their superior customer service. After explaining my bikes problems at length for a second time directly to their service department, I got no reply at all. They came highly recommended by a friend, unfortunately I did not get treated with the superior service I had expected from them, as nobody made an effort to initiate a process for me to do business with them. I'll take my bike to a different place.
I went to this shop yesterday for the first time and I must say, It was an amazing experience, everyone was so knowledgeable, kind and really cared about the customer. I am issue with my monster 821 they figured it out and took care of it in about an hour and sent me on my way. I am a very happy customer and I would ride two hours to have my bike serviced here anytime.Thank you guys
