Rockweiler Appliance and TV is the only place I shop. Brian helped me sort out a smart TV question long after my purchase and Jenna was a great help in finding the right range hood to fit our kitchen design. The service, staff and selection are exemplary!

The customer service was awesome. All our appliances were purchased in Prairie du Chien. We had a problem with one appliance and the service department handled it effectively and in a timely fashion. Brian was helpful and went above and beyond with customer service.

The only Rockweilers we have used is the one in Viroqua. All of our appliances have come from there, but next time we replace something, we will be going somewhere else. Getting a repair person to come out is horrible, and then of course, a part needs to get ordered. Often times it is forgotten and we have to call to remind them to order it. Took three months last winter to get dishwasher repaired an another 6 weeks this fall. Going on two weeks for washing machine, and four weeks now with a broken ice maker. Ugh, never agai... read more

Great customer service and very helpful although I had purchased my kenmore side by side refrigerator at Sears, when it quit they were willing to give me the part I needed along with detailed instructions how to install it myself and the part $20 - pretty sure was their cost. I doubt they made any $ selling it to me and they saved me a ton of $ allowing me to do it myself + the value of the contents of fridge/freezer ,as I had a small puddle from it already starting to thaw when I got home. So huge thanks guys!
