RecommendedOur refrigerator died Monday afternoon. Bought a new one at Rockweiler in Viroqua and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon. So far we're very happy with it. But what we really want to comment on is the lead man on the delivery and installation team. Sadly we did not get his name but he was extremely competent, knowledgeable, professional and personable. Kudos to him, he's an excellent ambassador for the company.
Our recent experience we had a failed freezer after owning 2 weeks. The manager was more concerned about time and money then providing excellent customer service. An associate was told to lend us 3 small freezers till the replacement freezer came. Those 3 freezers were covered with mouse urine and feeces inside and smelled bad. Compassion, communication, sincere apology would have prevented this review and their loss of a customer. I have done business with Rockweilers since they were at Centrum Mall (and Dean had hair)Always been treated well and have had some great deals over the years. There service department is the best! They've never disappointed me yet.
I had never been to Rockweilers before but on a friends recommendation I met both Colin and Dean. I was very impressed how helpful and knowledgable they were. They made purchasing five appliances very easy and pleasurable.
Work with Jason in Viroqua. Always greets you by name even though it's been awhile since you been in the store. He knows the products and discounts. They offer us top-notch delivery and set-up and service department is prompt and very reasonable. Try and get that from a "big box" store!
We have loved working with Rockweiler over the last 8 years. They have helped us pick out affordable appliances when our refrigerator died unexpectedly a month after moving in to our first home. They helped us pick out a new microwave after ours died a month after moving the next time around. Both instances they could have tried to upsell, knowing we were desperate and not able to wait on a purchase or shop around, but instead they took the time to listen to our needs and help us get exactly what we wanted.
