Bill was our delivery and set up man, came on time, did a very professional job and knows his business,pleasant personality a real asset to Rockweilers. I think he deserves a Tommy lift put on his service truck for Christmas.
Rockweler TV and Appliance really provides service (unlike Walmart where after purchase you are on your own). Just prior to one of the hottest days (so far) our air conditioner died during the torrential rains. They were very near closing time and they got us financing over the phone and delivered the new unit the next afternoon. Bill and Adam installed the unit perfectly and in under an hour we were at a comfy 72-degrees. All of our appliances over the years have been purchased at Rockweiler's. Recently, we worked with Brian in purchasing 4 new applicances. Brian was very informative, was patient with all the questions we had, answered all our questions, and bundled the cost of these appliances into a very competitive package. In the case of one appliance, I had located a cheaper price with a competitor, and Brian honored that price. Delivery and set up went off without a hitch.
