Awful awful. Showed up with my 7 year old daughter who had broken her arm. Explained I wouldn't have copay until husbands pay day a few days later. Asked to be billed (as we had done this before). Was told to have a seat they will see what they can do. Left us sitting for over 15 minutes just to ask for the copay again and have me explain again that I wouldn't have it until husbands payday. Recently had a visit at this Clinic and was very impressed with not only the front office staff, but the Doctor and his Nurse in making this visit a pleasant one, even if I didn't feel very well. Printed out the patient form and had it completed for my visit. Overall time spent was less that an hour (waiting room, taking vitals, discussing reason for visit, lab work and getting prescription!). Took my youngest son to Rockwall Urgent Care today, had the best experience! Good news, his foot was not broken! Yea! Even better, the staff was awesome! In and outta there in less than an hour! Everyone was kind, helpful and the place was clean! I highly recommend to anyone
Awesome facility. Get you in and out and feeling better the next day. They even call to check on you the next day. Highly recommend!!
