My son couldn't get in to see our PCM, so I took him to RUC. The service was fast and the staff was very professional. Facility was also very clean.
Diagnosed pneumonia in my son with no respiratory symptoms, awesome job!
After calling other urgent care facilities and finding out they averaged a 2 hour wait, I came upon a listing for Rockwall Urgent Care. They were FANTASTIC! I was checked in, examined and given my rx all under 30 minutes! And it was around 5pm! They did such a great job, I brought my mom the next day because she was feeling worse than I was. Rockwall Urgent Care has always been a wonderful place to go when I'm not feeling good! The staff and doctors are always so kind and helpful!! I have never waited long to be seen and always taken back quickly. Love this place!!
I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and their service was excellent. I will be referring to all my friends and family. I didn't even mind the 2 shots in the booty. I'm feeling much better.
Very impressed with the care we received today. Just verified why I would be honored to join a team like this. As an ER nurse it is hard to find a place that not only impresses you but that you trust. Thank you all very much!
