Beware this man claims to be under a lot of stress to excuse his unprofessional behavior. When I tried to address the fact that he had charged me for gas, he became extremely rude and defensive, not even allowing me the chance to show him the before and after pictures of the gas tank. During our encounter, he placed his right hand on my shoulder and semi pushed me before walking away. Regardless of the situation, it is never acceptable for anyone to put their hands on another person.
What a breath of fresh air in a world where even the basic concepts of customer service have died an agonizing death. Great communication, exceptional service. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
