After a consultation with Dr.Saucier, I made an appointment to have a cyst removed. I arrived 30 minutes early to discover that the way the appointment was booked Dr. Saucier would be unable to perform my procedure. She stated that I could come back but she did not want to make her other patients wait longer than scheduled. She did not have compassion towards the Inconvience that this caused me. I felt this was a distasteful, unprofessional approach to errors on their end.
Doctor Saucier has been very helpful. I had eczema for 4 years & it is completely gone. I haven't had eczema for a year so far. The drive to Rockwall is worth it!!
