Doctor Hilgert is awesome. The staff however is very rude.
Drs are awesome! Great care for pets, good prices and no hard-sales for unnecessary tests or products.
Best in the West RRAH is the best vet clinic on the westside of Indy...or all of Indy for that matter.They are very compassionate, friendly and caring! I would not dream of taking my 9 doggies anywhere else for their care. They are awesome!!!...and they give "seniors" a discount.
I had to have my cat put to sleep and being new to the area did not have a regular vet. I called and they were extremely professional as well as caring in answering all my questions. When I brought the cat in they were just as compassionate and caring. Since there are 3 furbabies left at home we will be making this our regular vet.
Best Animal Hospital ANYWHERE handsdown!!!!! – The doctors, technicians, and staff at this hospital are wonderful. When I'm out of town I call them for advise when my doggies have difficulties. They are never irritated and always help me. The doctor's are the best!!! The facility is clean. The best recommendation I can give is: my dogs like the people, the doctors keep my doggies healthy, and I've been taking my dogs here for over 20 years. Great People – These are the nicest, smartest,most compassionate people I have ever met. They have taken great care of my two dogs and Ihighly recomend them. I moved away from the area and still drive 45 minutes to see them. Dr. Mary is our favorite but they are all great.
Dr. Hilgert and the clinic – I highly recommend Dr. Hilgert as a vet and a surgeon. He will stay and explain the surgery to you and answer all the questions you have no matter how long it takes. The staff is courteous and friendly.
