Brent reached out to us right away when we posted to sell by owner on Zillow, We set up an appointment with him even though we weren't sure if we were going to even use a realtor. Brent clearly has clients he helps and those he doesn't. He sent me two house listings in about a month and only put me on a MLS list serv when I explicitly told him to after a month. Then, I still had to find out about listings from other sources rather than him (e.g., zillow) and when I did his answer was "I put an offer on that house yesterday with a different client." Given that he never even told me about the listing to begin with, it is clear he favors some clients over others. I'd recommend finding somebody else.

They said I needed a rental reference, I have lived in the same house and rented it for 22 years! Most people don't rent a house that long, if that's not enough of a rental reference I don't know what is!
