I went there yesterday afternoon. I was seated in a timely manner. The tech who did my pedicure was Lisa. She was friendly. Her utensils were clean. I loved it. I had not gotten a pedicure in a few months due to having a baby. I had no time to care for myself. So my feet were in pretty bad condition. She got the callus off and my feet were already looking good!! HOWEVER, she did not shape or cut my toenails (ONLY the big toes). Lisa didn’t clean around the big toenails. Ben should be fired I came in the day after Christmas with my mom to get my nails done, and I was being very nice trying to explain to him what I wanted even his boss came to try and help and when I was pointing to him what I wanted, he yelled at me very loud in front of everyone and told me not to touch his stuff I became over emotional and became to cry and I let my mother know that I was going to just leave and for her to pay it was such a heartbreaking experience I will never return and you should never spend your money ... read more
Never come here again it's hungry for money vides! I had to go back to change my color with the same lady who did my nails the day prior explaining the situation with my job not letting me have that color. She made it seem like she was going to take care of me and I can just tip her, but after she took the polish off she said it was going to be $31!
