I've always enjoyed the people there and the good work they do. They are fast and efficient. However this new policy of demanding a up front "deposit" due to he fact they're having no shows is poor one. Why paint us all with the same brush? Secondly, I suggest you send out some written notice prior to any policy change or demand and direct it too those who are causing the practice the problems. After avoiding the dentist for about six years because of bad history with Novocain (e.g. wearing off when a dentist was drilling my tooth when I was eight), I went to Rock Star after a crown fell off to have it re-cemented. They are far from my house and my workplace, but I would go to them if I lived a lot further away. They are just that good, from Sarah to Dr. Salatino. I made an appointment with Andrea, at RockStar Family Dental, who was friendly and made me feel comfortable on the spot. They took me in on time, and my x-rays took about 10 minutes, maybe less. RSFD has the most advanced dental equipment I've ever seen. I went to one at the Galleria a few years back & had some work done, but it wasn't this modern. I've being with Dr. Salatino and her crew for a while and I gotta say they are an awesome bunch with great service and attitude. Can't imagine going to another dentist. Keep doing what you are doing, you rock!.
I came in today and I have to say it was quite the experience! Jasmine(RDA/front desk comedian) and Sarah(Dental hygienists)presented me with an atmosphere truly not found at any other dentist offices, trust me I've been to the dentist a number of times over the years trying to fix my grill so to speak and Rockstar Family Dental is unequivocally the best I've ever been to.
