Actually ben customer for a long time, but last couple of years they persist on trying to over charge and upsell service not requested, anything to charge extra. They present these services as standard but only after questioning admit , what these charges are extra options. Today is my last visit to this dentist, trying to maintain my teeth not ad frys and a drink.
They installex a 2 tooth bridge and in 8 months it has broken.It came with a 3 year warranty.Lolol the doctor G***** sayes thati just toldhim tp put ot in as if something was wrong.After 40min of a 20yr oldassiszant trying to install itDr G****** shows upand i believe he grindedy tooth to small that was the pain that it was causing me.Anyways spare yourselfany grief.Voiding a waranty shows thatthis place haa no class
I'm a physician. My advice is to avoid this place. I want right to long of a description because after a while people will stop reading so I'll try to keep it to bullet points. First, an inept dentist that extracted the wrong teeth and put in a bridge rather than the appropriate treatment for my condition which would've been implants. Never discussed it even. After waking up in the middle of the night with terrible tooth pain, I knew I had a problem. Since I didn't have a dentist, I did a search online and found Rocksprings Dental Group. They were able see me right away. From the moment I walk in the door, I felt very comfortable. Dr. Toop and her assistant were amazing.
