Just moved my mom in and she really likes it. The staff is super nice 👍
They caused my grandfather to become severely ill while he was a resident in their care. He eventually developed pneumonia and was seriously dehydrated before medical attention was sought. When we contacted the Director of Nursing with our concerns, she hung up on us. She also hung up on the nurse from the hospital where my grandpa was taken. Do not let your loved ones stay here. They are not equipped to handle more fragile elderly people, especially those with memory care issues.
RecommendedMoved my 94 year old Aunt there in February. Everyone is very nice and caring. I appreciate knowing she is taking her meds on time each day. She enjoys her table mates at meals. The place is always clean and staff and residents both always greet you with a hello and smile. I am very glad we found Rockport for her!
